Monday Mail – Advertising to both Lebanon and Pomona Students/Employees

Thank you for advertising your event to WesternU! University Student Affairs will send an e-mail every Monday to the campus advertising all of the student-led events for that week. You must submit your information by Thursday at noon to be included in the next week’s Monday Mail.

Announcement - Great for alerting campus that your event is upcoming.

- Select any date within the week that you would like the Announcement to show up (make sure this is any week BEFORE the actual event date).
- Must submit a new, separate Announcement entry for every week you would like this entry to appear in Monday Mail as this is a one-time option.
- Be sure to include actual date of event in description!
Ongoing/Multi-Day - Use this option if your event will take place more than once over a specific period of time.

- Event Date: select the date you would like your entry to begin showing up in Monday Mail.
- End Date: select the date your event ends (this will be the final week your entry is shown).
- Be sure to include actual date of event in description!

Reminder: If you choose either of these options, you will still need to submit a second entry for the actual day of your event.

- My flyer will not be included if it is missing who, what, where, when and an e-mail address.
- My logo has been approved, if not send it to studentaffairs@westernu.edu
- My flyer will not be included if it was uploaded with the incorrect naming structure.
- My event description and flyer link text may be edited if necessary

Please note that your flyer must meet the specifications below or we won't be able to add it to Screen Cloud. 1) Create a 1920px x 1080px (HORIZONTAL) flyer and save it as either a PNG or JPG. 2) If your flyer is animated, it must be saved as an MP4 file. 3) Save your file with the following naming structure: Club/Class Name - Short Event Description - date the flyer should be removed exp MM-DD-YY (e.g. ASDA Halloween Health Fair exp 10-15-023) 4) If you are having trouble, you may send your flyer to studentaffairs@westernu.edu instead of posting it here.
