It's an amazing experience for the children, and we can't do it without you.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Event Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Date:<\/strong> Saturday, December 5, 2026<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Location:<\/strong> CDHP Esplanade<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Volunteer Hours: 8:30 a.m.\u20131:30 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n  <li><strong>Event Hours (guests attending):<\/strong> 10:00 a.m.\u20131:00 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Volunteer Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>8:30\u20139:30 a.m.:<\/strong> Set-up (all volunteers)<\/li>\n  <li><strong>10:00 a.m.\u20131:00 p.m.:<\/strong> Event with your assigned team<\/li>\n  <li><strong>1:00\u20131:30 p.m.:<\/strong> Clean-up (all volunteers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Guests begin arriving at 10:00 a.m., so all set-up must be completed by 9:30 a.m.<\/p>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<p><strong>Volunteer Opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Volunteer spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll receive an email once you've been assigned, and your team leader will follow up with more details.<\/p>\n<p>All volunteers will receive a <strong>free lunch<\/strong>. Thank you in advance for your time!<\/p>\n<p><em>Volunteering for this event may count towards Service Learning\/Volunteer Hours for your college. Please plan to stay for the full event.<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Set up tents and tables<\/li>\n  <li>Decorate the event areas<\/li>\n  <li>Put away decorations and supplies, and help clean up after the event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<p><strong>Choose Your Team<\/strong><br \/>\nDuring the event (10:00 a.m.\u20131:00 p.m.), you'll be assigned to one of the following teams:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1. Photos with Santa &amp; Mrs. Claus<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Prepare the photo area for Santa and Mrs. Claus with chairs, decorations, a tree and more<\/li>\n  <li>Line up guests and help take their photos on their own phones (printed photos will not be provided)<\/li>\n  <li>Pass out small gifts and goodies, if available<\/li>\n  <li>Make sure Santa and Mrs. Claus have water and anything else they need<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>2. Food Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Help unload food when it arrives on campus<\/li>\n  <li>Set up and organize the food table<\/li>\n  <li>Serve guests their choice of food<\/li>\n  <li>Clean up food stations and dining areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>3. Arts &amp; Crafts Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Run a craft table and help children with their projects.
